Who will actually build my project?

A senior engineer from the practice areas above, with the principal on scope and architecture. We do not hand off to junior teams after the pitch. The person on your first call is the person shipping code.

How is this different from a typical agency?

Most agencies bill hours against a sold proposal. We ship working software against fixed scope. Our pricing is transparent (published on our solution pages, typically $10K-$250K by project). No staff bench, no partner upsells.

Do you hire juniors or contractors?

No. Client work is staffed with senior engineers only. We'd rather take fewer projects than staff out of depth.
